It was my ninth year grade of high school. I was homeschooled for the first two years of high school, I had just thought that the pace was very slow.

I was finishing classes faster than I was able to receive them, and the routine of the classes just got boring to me.

And when I realized that CTC had a lot to offer; different courses, different career paths, it was a no-brainer of me to attend.

After graduating, I spent a bit of time in the construction field. I want to say a few months of working in the construction zone.

I learned a lot from here, with my instructor, and a lot with the contractors that I used to work with.

I graduated CTC in 2018, that was in the electrical trades program. It was a wonderful time, it was a great learning experience.

I was able to experience some SkillsUSA, a bit of the other programs we were able to venture out and look at, and it was just a great time.

The hands-on approach I learned here was very beneficial.

Being able to first and foremost, work in the lab and not only just explain it to you in writing in a textbook.

But being able to go and work in the trade that you are in, definitely helps a lot.

Just those basic knowledge of hand tools or knowing the jargon definitely helps out a lot, too.

If someone's looking to hire new talent into their company, I would definitely recommend students from CTC.
