Special Board Meeting/Work Session of Poland Board of Education held March 5, 2018 

 

A Special Board Meeting/Work Session of the Poland Board of Education was held on Monday, 
March 5, 2018 at the Poland Seminary High School Cafeteria. 

 

President, Mrs. Zedaker called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. 

 

Members present for roll call and answering their names were Dr. Dinopoulos, Mr. Lavorini, Mr. 
Riddle and Mrs. Zedaker. Absent Mr. Shovlin.

Adjournment 

 At 7:51 p.m., Dr. Dinopoulos moved and Mr. Lavorini seconded with Mr. Riddle and Mrs. 
Zedaker voting aye to adjourn the special meeting/work session and enter into executive session 
to consider the appointment, employment, dismissal, promotion, demotion or compensation of a 
public employee or official. Absent Mr. Shovlin. 

 

Reconvene to Special Meeting/Work Session and Adjourn 

 At 9:38 p.m., Mr. Riddle moved and Dr. Dinopoulos seconded with Mr. Lavorini and Mrs. 
Zedaker voting aye to adjourn meeting. Absent Mr. Shovlin.
