A Work Session of the Poland Board of Education was held on Monday, September 16, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at the McKinley Connector.

President, Mr. Lavorini called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Members present for roll call and answering their names were Dr. Dinopoulos, Mr. Lavorini, Mr. Mr. Shovlin and Mrs. Zedaker.  Absent: Mr. Riddle.

INFORMATION:  
* Poland Schools Foundation for Educational Excellence Banquet will be held at The Embassy, 5030 Youngstown-Poland Rd., on Tuesday, October 15, 2019 at 6:00 p.m.

At 7:15 p.m. Dr. Dinopoulos moved and Mrs. Zedaker seconded with Mr. Shovlin and Mr. Lavorini signaling aye to enter into Executive Session regarding the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion, or compensation of an employee or the investigation of charges or complaints against an employee, official, licensee or student, unless the employee, official, licensee or student requests a public hearing. Absent: Mr. Riddle.

At 7:36 p.m. Mr. Shovlin moved and Dr. Dinopoulos seconded with Mrs. Zedaker and Mr. Lavorini voting aye to adjourn the meeting.   Absent: Mr. Riddle.
