Special Meeting Poland Board of Education held March 5, 2020


A special meeting of the Poland Board of Education was held on Thursday, March 5, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. in the SuperintendentÕs Office.

President, Mr. Riddle called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Pledge of Allegiance

Members present for roll call and answering their names were Ms. Colucci, Dr. Dinopoulos, Mr. Polis, Mr. Riddle, and Mr. Warren. 

	At 6:12 p.m., Mr. Warren moved and Mr. Polis seconded with all members voting aye to enter into Executive Session to consider the appointment, employment, dismissal, promotion, demotion or compensation of a public employee or official.  Motion passed 5-0.
      

Reconvene and Adjournment 
	At 9:37 p.m., Mr. Polis moved and Dr. Dinopoulos seconded with all members voting aye to reconvene and adjourn the meeting.  Motion passed 5-0.
