The principal is responsible for the approval of all school-sponsored social events that are to take place at the school. For use of the facilities, school-sponsored programs and activities take precedence as long as proper guidelines and procedures have been followed. All groups, either from within or outside of the School Department, wishing to use the facilities shall submit the written request to the Facilities Department. School-sponsored events require approved chaperones and security detail.
