The first time you log into the CPS Families portal on a computer, you'll see this prompt. Click Setup Recovery to open the Recovery menu option.

Then select the questions option and use the drop downs to create three security questions and answers, then hit save.

Now, select Email. Enter your email address, click Save at the bottom of the screen, and then check your inbox for a confirmation email.
