Toy Distribution Days

Signing Up for a Prepackaged box for pick up on Friday, December 12, 2025.
OR
Signing Up for Shopping Day In Person on Saturday, December 13, 2025.
There will be TWO OPTIONS & you MUST SIGN UP!
- You MUST sign up to receive toys. During sign up, you will have the option to choose a PREPACKAGED BOX (Friday, December 12, 2025) that will be filled by our volunteers based on your wish list, OR you may come and shop IN PERSON (Saturday, December 13, 2025). Recipients must sign up for the distribution in order to be on the list to receive items.
- Signs ups will be on a first-come first come basis. Sign ups will open on Monday, November 17, 2025. Half of the slots will open at 9am and the other half will open at 9pm to allow for varying schedules. Additional sign up slots may become available if the number of donated items permits
- Recipients must sign up to receive toys.
Signing Up for a Prepackaged box for pick up on Friday, December 12, 2025.
- Those who choose a prepackaged box will be asked to select the ages of each child, some general toy categories and information to help our volunteers select items for your box.
- Recipients will be allowed to indicate whether they’d be interested in a big ticket item if one is available
- Recipients will sign up for a block of time to come and pick up their box at their convenience
- When picking up, Recipients must show confirmation (either phone or printed) and matching identification
- There will be a maximum number of people signed up in each time block
- Distribution will be Friday 10 am - 6:30pm

Signing Up for Shopping Day In Person on Saturday, December 13, 2025.
- Those who choose to shop on shopping day will be required to sign up for a specific time slot to shop
- There will be NO LINE UP prior to shopping. You will show up at your preassigned time to shop
- During your shopping time, you will be able to move throughout the shopping area to choose items for your children
Information for all recipients
- Maximum age for toys is 12
- We hope to be able to give a maximum of 3 items per child
- 2025 Limits Per Family
- Total toys maximum of 15 total items per family
- 1 big-ticket item (if available)
- 1 new toy (if available)
- Recipients must be able to transport items from convention center without volunteer assistance. Recipients are welcome to bring others to help carry but volunteers will not be permitted to help carry this year.
